Weight Loss Plateau After 2 Weeks

Is weight loss constant if you stick to a low-calorie diet and exercise?

So I understand you need to create a deficit between the calories you need and consume, and then you will lose weight. Healthy range is 1- 2 pounds a week, so if I go on a diet plan designed to make me lose 2 pounds a week will it work for as long as I do it? I mean I wanna do it for 3 months to lose 12 weeks X 2 = 24 pounds….I heard some people hit a plateau or something and stop losing after a while…is that true?

There’s a certain point at which everyone’s body tries to maintain it’s weight, despite the best efforts of the actual person them self. (it’s different for everyone.) As you gain weight, this point can raise relatively easily, but as you lose weight, it’s sometimes possible to lower it.
