Weight problem Please help?
Hi guys, me again. Im about 13 years old going to be 14 in 2 months. And I weigh 160 pounds. Idk what it is. pubert/baby fat. Idk. i asked my mom to take me to a doctor but she wont. I have a little stretch marks, man tits. I love food. At night i have to get a snack on school days. I need some proffesional help from someone whos gone through this. I might start to buy some weight loss pills secretly. I cant do excersise alot (Asthma). I have a 10 lb dumbbell, i do 100 every night on each arm. and 50 situps. I just need some more help.

-stop drinking pop, you will lose at least 15 pounds from that
-take a light jog everyday (not enough to give you an asthma attack but just a light jog)
-stop eating after 7 pm (usually after 7 your day is mostly
-stop eating fast food completely.
done and you won’t be moving around as much and when you move around you burn calories)
-eat less and eat healthier (sub the french fries, burgers, and greasy foods for salad, fruits, and veggies)
-take the stairs instead of the escalator and elevators. ask your parents to park further away when you go places so you take those extra steps (i know these things seem small and like they won’t do much but you’d be surprised how many calories you can burn over time by doing this)
