what do you do at the gym?
ive just joined a gym and i have a couple of stone i would like to lose.. have been following weight watchers and lost 3 stone but had 3 weeks, stayed the same weight but need get back into it and also start doing excercise as weight loss had slowed down so joined the gym..
anyway i have been set this programme, it will be reviewed in 6 weeks.. just wondering what others thought and what do you do to get good results?
5 times per week – cardiovascular high intensity
3 times per week – resistance
3 times peer week – power plate
1 per week – class either yoga or pilates
5 times per week- cardiovascualr high intensity
