i really need to know if these work

ive recently seen the adds for the pink patch and the hoodia patch for weight loss i was wondering if any of u have tried them. do they work? for those who havent tried them do u think the chances of signifagant weight loss is possible?

A friend of mine tried those…sorry, they did not work. The only good way to lose weight is cutting back on the amount of food you eat along with exercise (cardio and weights). It takes time to take weight off, too. Don’t get discouraged. Start putting what you eat on a saucer instead of a dinner plate. That way your portions of food will have to be smaller. Cut out all pop (like Pepsi, Coke, etc.) I eat a bowl of cereal with fruit for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine for lunch and then a normal dinner with my family (but smaller portions). I’ve lost 30 pounds so far. I also walk at least 3 times a week, outside or on my treadmill. I also started weight training every other day. Go to finess.com for lots of exercise ideas. Good luck!
