I am a 25 yr old fe; height 5’4″; weight 147 lbs …Overweight! Am very busy with PhD studies. I do jog about 3 times a week for 45 minutes each, I do not eat too much of anything bad, but I eat at extremely odd times and yes I do end up eating some fatty foods. I want to use weight loss patches to see if they’d help take flab off while I continue to workout. I really need to lose weight. I was always 128-130 and thats where I want to be … I am willing to give myself till the end of the year for this goal … will patches help? Are there any disgusting side effects or long term problems?
If you stay on healthy eating and remove processed foods you will get back to your natural weight.
If you’re sustaining your weight even though you jog for 45 minute 3 time per week which in my oppinion is great and being healthy – then you have to look at your diet.
Maybe – keep a lot more fruits to munch on when you have the hunger pans come hitting you.
You’re probably eating too much sugary food and takeway – based on your circumstances as a PHD student who hasn’t the time to prepare food. But, your health is even more important now that you’re studying more – need good food for good brain activity – stop the junk and start eating healthy food. You’re doing fine on the exercises.
