Weight Loss Over 50 Pounds

I have lost almost 100 pounds in the last 7 years and have kept it off. The first thing I did was I stopped drinking pop and other sugary drinks. I drink mostly water, sugar free tea, and every once in a while a diet pop. Instead of eating a couple of large meals I eat several small ones, and I have made an effort to get more exercise. It has been a very slow long process, and usually I don’t even notice the change until I see old pictures of myself. I am hoping by next year to reach my goal and loose 50 more.
