does b12 shots really work to lose weight?
Hi,
I need to lose 15 pounds, I have tried everything. I am a 47 year old female and have always been a size 4-6 now I am a size 10. I wanted to try the b12 shots to help me loose the weight. I go to the gym 5 times a week and nothing. I even had a trainer paying him 67.00 a session and all I lost about 8 weeks was 4 pounds.
Would like to know if it really does work from someone that has used it. The weight loss place charges 50.00 a shot for 4 weeks. Also how long would it take me to lose the 15 pounds? Is it too much. I live in Orlando Florida.
B12 injections have absolutely no effect on weight loss at all!
Incidentally B12 also only costs a few pence.
