Ok, I bought a treadmill offline.
Can’t wait till it comes.
But I will get serious on my diet.
Ok say I start Nov first..
How much do you think I could lose by May?
That’s 6 months..
My goal is 190, my long term goal is 165 cause that will make me normal on the bmi..
I’m tired of being a hog..It’s making me look older too..

a treadmill is a great start. pysical activity is the ONLY thing that can and will get weight off and keep it off.
