hi. I’ve just bought a new kind of tea, its peppermint tea and the product name is ‘healtheries’. it says it helps with digestion naturally, does it?, and does it help with weight loss too, because digestion helps with weight loss maybe?.. please tell me everything u know, thanks!
also, is there a limit to how much peppermint tea u can drink a day? will drinking too much be of harm?
well drinking hot tea after every meal will help break up fats..i doubt it have anything to do with peppermint and it shouldnt be harmful you’ll just pee it out. why dont you try green or black tea? way healthier
