stretch marks with weight loss??

I work out 4-5 days a week, about an hr of cardio and then 2 sets of 12 (generally) in the weights. Still working on losing weight but I’ve lost 15lbs so far.

I do have a few stretch marks. It’s not terrible but I know they’re there. Some of them have started to dissapear but I was wondering if there’s anything a little more affective that coco lotion/butter. Would taking vitamin E pills help?

Yes, how significant they work would be disputed according the the depth, elasticity of the skin, etc. Vitamin E would be excellent to add, but make sure you take vit C. C makes other vitamins work and you can never overdose on Vitamin C, excess amounts are excreted from the body.

I found it interesting that smoking causes decreased levels of vitamin C? That’s one reason why you see more wrinkles in people that smoke.
