Weight Loss Lollipops
weight loss problem?
I started trying to loose 10 lbs about a month ago. So far Ive lost…2.
I changed the way I eat completly. I only drink coke zero and water. One cup of coffee a day too. 2 meals, I cant eat breakfast, it makes me sick. And 2 snacks.
I let myself have one lollipop a day as a treat. 60calories.
I go to the gym twice a week and do cardio for a half hour. I know its not much but I have 2 toddlers and my husbands deployed and if I try to workout at home the kids are all over me.
So any suggestions?
I weigh 125 and Im 5”2
why do you want to lose weight? you are just fine. Really. I am 5 ft 4 and 120 lbs and I am trying to lose 10 lbs before my wedding in Nov. Just play and run after your kids and you’ll lose a few pounds! but you really don’t need to!
