I want to lose my big thighs,calfs,arm fat,belly,& my turkey neck by the beginning of school.?
school starts august 14.
& im so tired of people calling me fat because of my legs and everything else.
im ashamed i can’t even wear shorts or capris or even a skirt with leggings without somebody saying “you got some FAT legs” or “you fat!”.
im really fed up with i just want a quick & easy way to lose all of this.
please im begging you.
no weight loss products pills food drinks or gyms.
i just need stuff like jogging,swimming,etc.
& i also have fitness TV on on demand so please anybody just help me out!

You will never lose weight unless you eat 1400 calories a day.
Exercise simply speeds it up..
At 14 y/o, you want 1400 calories, avoid all high calorie foods.
Stop crying about it and do it.
No buttery, sugary, no fruits, no oily, no fried, no bread, no pasta, no ground beef, no mayo, no peanuts, no almonds, no peanut butter, no potatoes, no dairy, no rice..
Do this and you will lose a lot..
So chill, I did it, I just went out and bought turkey and tuna and very low calorie bread..
Fruits are high in sugar, stay away from them..
