Weight Loss Knee Pain

I need to do some weight reduction, and cardio exercises, especially for my hips, thighs, . I am gaining alot?

I have bone on bone both knees, I know I need knee rplacement, and 2 weeks ago I tripped and popped the back of my left knee. I had an injection for pain and inflammation, and will have another next week. I walk with a cane because of balance problem from MS, and also weakness in my legs along with the knee pain. I can’t bend my knees a whole lot.
I worked out up till one and a half years ago, and was a size 8. Now I am a size 14, because of my butt, and thighs, and lack of exercise. I need exercise desperatly for weight loss, as well as cardio. I do not have any Insurance or I would go to Rehab, or get a personal trainer to work with at a fittness center. I am frustrated, and depressed. I don’t eat much, but try to eat healthy. please help. Thank you.

You’d better see a good doc and avoid these as much as possible:

- Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)
- High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)
- Fast food
- Junk food
- White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes
