You don’t have Billy Blank’s Tae Bo on this list. Those workouts are awesome! They will whip you into shape, and they are fun to do! My favorites are the Boot Camp Elite with the billy bands, and the Tae Bo Amped with the amplifier bar. There are many, many to choose from though.
