I need more inspiration/motivation, bad!?
Somebody, inspire me to lose weight! I’m going to Florida in June and I need motivation/inspiration to lose weight! Weight loss buddy? tips? inspirational videos? before an after stories? things that worked for you…Anything, this is really important to me. Thanks everyone =]
Set some goals buddy.
Honestly, it may seem kind of “Okay… goals, doesn’t sound like it’s going to motivate me all that much”
You should write down your “Long term” goal, something you want to achieve, maybe having a six pack? being able to do a certain amount of pull ups, a one handed handstand pushup, you get where I’m going with this?
And then write some “Short term” goals, things that you will achieve in a short period of time, maybe increaseing the amount of pushups you can do by 1-2 by a few weeks/month
When you start achieveing those short term goals they really boost your motivation!
And when it all comes down to it, just getting out of bed, off your butt, and going for a run in the morning is all there is to it.
You really have to want to get fit and lose weight!
And you have to realise that it all takes time, never lose your focus if you don’t notice results after a month or so.
