here are two pictures of me before and after my diet! the first picture is before, the one below that is after. i just want everyone to know that it IS possible to reach your goal, just don’t ever give up! what i did was the special k diet, but a little different. i would eat cereal in the morning (fruit and yogurts is my favorite) and at lunch eat an earthgrain thin bun sandwich, they’re delicious and only 100 calories! and some sort of fruit and then throughtout the day snack on special k multi-grain crackers or special k bar or fruit and for dinner usually another bowl of cereal or earthgrain sandwich or just something healthy! its all about the nutritional value. baked cheetos are amazzing too lol but if you need help message me!
