Weight Loss Injections Hcg
Has anyone tried HCG injections for weight loss?
My “Med Spa” offers these injections for weight loss but I have read mixed info about it. Is there anyone that has actually DONE it that can tell me if it worked for them?
My friend did them and she lost a crazy amount of weight….like 20 pounds. You are only allowed to eat 500 cals a day though, and I think once she went off the shots the weight came back because she ate like normal. You also have to give yourself a shot in the ass every single day. Yikes! Do some research online. I personally think it’s better in the long run to lose the weight through diet and exercise.
