I’m a 15 year old girl, 200 pounds, and 5 foot tall (please, no hate comments, I know I’m extremely overweight) and I really want to lose weight. I need help as to what exactly I should eat (as I am not good at dieting or deciding what is “good” food), I need help on what I can do for exercising, and I need help on how often I should eat, how much to eat, etc.
I was hoping to lose approximately 70 pounds, but if anyone thinks I should lose a different amount (more or less) please tell me. I do have a home gym pretty much downstairs which contains a treadmill, punching bag, weight bars, and bench presses. We also have a pull up bar, but I have a hard time doing pull ups and don’t want to do them yet. I don’t want to be buff, or have a “six-pack”, I just want to be thin, and maybe toned.
