Can you help me with a 6-week weight loss plan?

I’m 5 foot 2 and 118 pounds. Over the past year and a half i’ve gained about 27 pounds from binging. I feel If I lose alot of weight quickly I can reteach myself how to eat properly and focus more on life than on food. I know must people shun deprivation when it comes to extreme dieting, but I think it will be helpful for me to refocus on the important things in life.

I would like to be 100 pounds by september 1st. My question is this: what method will work? I prefer dieting to extreme excercise, but I don’t mind moderate excercise.
