Weight loss getting harder with age and children?

I have been going to the gym for a year now treadmill and swimming mostly and eat fairly heathily….I have been stuck at a size 14 since I had my daughter 18 months ago and really want to get back into my size 12 clothes… Im 35 and the weight just gets harder to get off. Ideas please??

All i can say is take it your excersie slow and at a relaxing pace.(Dont kill yourself everytime you workout)
If you want to get back into those 12size pants, you have to have a plan, one you can follow and reach easily.(Ex. 30min jog 4-5days a week; lose 2 lbs)
continue to build your routines “slowly”
35mins5days a week. lose 1lb.

It’s people who rush into a workout and complain about how impossible/difficult it is to lose weight are really the ones who don’t have a clue what they’re doing.
It’s a life style change- not a “I’ll suddenly drop 10lbs and keep it off”
It comes back if you do a diet.

Find a simple plan is all I can say. Make it fun too, so then you can stick with it. Hope you go for it!
