Hypnosis and weight loss – will it work?
I have seen Paul Mckenna on TV but never really watched it. But after so many diets and not sticking to them I have figured I just lack the will to carry on dieting. Because most of them work but I am really impatient.
Has anyone used hypnosis and does it work? If I buy the CD from the website, the one with the book – will it hypnotise me or just give me advise? I want hypnosis, the CD seems cheaper than going to see my local therapist who charges £70 per session and you apparently need about 3 – 5 sessions.
How do I come out of the spell or whatever it is? Can it dusrupt other things in my life? For example, can I end up being obsessed wih weight loss so much that I forget about family, friends etcc?
