Weight Loss Hula Hoop
Hula hoop for weight loss/toning?
Has anyone had success with hula hooping for weight loss or toning? I bought a 4 pound hoop to try to lose weight. When I use it for a few days I feel better I don’t know that I lose weight though. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old so it’s kinda hard to do it regularly. Experiences?
I forgot to mention I work 12 hour days haha
No girl don’t do it.. it will not help you lose weight.. that just doesn’t make sense because you can’t lose weight in one area.. you have to lose weight in layers all over your body.. I know a girl who used the hula-hoop and all she would get were these HUGE bruises around her waist.. she didn’t lose any weight.. it was a painful waste..
