Hi, Ive been looking into this stuff called HGH30000 spray and mean green vitamin mix, hgh is human growth hormone and i was wondering if this is a steroid? is it safe for youth? are there any side effects i would need to know about? The reason i want to take this is cause im a little over weight (Haha alot over weight)

i dont know anyting about the HGH spray but I do know that usually things like that dont work. I have been body building for awhile now and I have taken alot of supplements to know that most dont work lol. but idk you might want to do more research into that. But as for the loosing weight. You need to Speed up your matbolism like you said. You can do this by eating 5 to 6 meals a day with high protein intake. You need to watch your calorie intake. You should be burning more then you eat. You need to also be exercising along with the diet. Follow this for about 3 weeks and you will start to see amazing results and you will be hooked on your transformation.
