Weight Loss For Teenage Girls Plans
Teenage Girl, healthy eating plan?
I’m on a healthy eating kick, and I’m hoping it lasts ^_^ I’m 5’4″, 175 lbs, 13, and a girl
I know I could just cut out junk food and have it once in a while, stop eating white bread etc. but I find having a strict (ish) plan helps me stick
So here’s my plan::
Caloriecounter.com rates foods from A+ to D- based on the pro’s and con’s of the nutrients and everything found in it. So I’m going to find the “grade” of every food I have and make an average at the end of the day, and I have to have at least a B by the end of the day ![]()
Now on the weight loss/macro nutrient side of things, Im tracking everything at dailyplate.com trying to stay under 1500 calories and doing 40% carbs and 30% fat and protein
sound good? My main goal is health and a side goal is weight loss (I know it requires exercise too)

Sounds Great! Good luck. But don’t wean yourself completely off tasty treats. Otherwise you won’t be able to hold up your diet.
