Weight Loss/Exercise Help!!?
Hi, ok well Im having a little trouble trying to lose weight.Im 5’10″ @ 210lbs and I live a sedentary lifestyle but I just got a gym membership and Im in need of a workout schedule. I would need a schedule to help out with the man boobs that I have as they are quite depressing having them. Although keep in mind that I do have some problem with my shoulders, I dont know if It has something to do with my joints or its because Im just that weak. As long as I start off with a light weight, then Ill be fine, Im hoping as I keep lifting, I can jump up in weight.
