has anyone ever used “fat loss for idiots?”?
It’s a website where you can download menus for losing weight. It claims that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. They use a method called calorie shifting.
Just wanted to know if anyone’s tried it. Is it a valid site? Is it a scam? Did it work for you?
