Weight Loss For Idiots For Free

Weight loss for an adolescent. I need en expert to tell me what i need to do.?
OK i am 13years old, 145 lbs. I am 5 ft 4 inches tall. I am extremely conscious that i am on the verge of being “really overweight”. OK so let me show you what i am dealing with. I eat right, i don’t have a high metabolism, but the computer has become my main interest due to the lack of fun activities to do outside. Sooo i end up just sitting inside with my free time. I have a goal of 130 lbs. Can someone with great knowledge on teen weight loss pls give me a flawless plan that will aid in my weight loss. I am talking about a good diet ( i am OK without junk food), a workout plan that inst to strenuous on me/ wont get me unmotivated, or something else. PLS NO WEIGHT LOSS PILLS. I HAVE ALREADY HAD THREE COMPANIES SCAM ME, SO I DON’T EVER PLAN ON LISTENING TO ANOTHER IDIOT THAT TOLD ME IT WAS FREE! THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP. HAVE A GOOD DAY!
The only good way to lose weight is to eat right and exercize. If you’re eating right then you need to exercize. Biking and swimming are the 2 best forms. Running is good once you’ve lost the weight, but puts unneccesary impact stress on the joints while the weight is still on. There is no such thing as easy weight loss. You must be willing to put in the work. Good luck and hang in there!
