Weight Loss For Idiots Diet Plan
Weight Loss: I know what to do. I just have to do it. Help Please!?
Trust me, I know how to lose weight, I just can’t seem to get motivated enough to do it. It’s not that I don’t want to lose the weight or that I am happy enough with my weight now ( cause im really not ), it’s just that everyday that I stick to my diet plan seems so much harder, and you don’t see imediate results. I know you can’t expect to see results everyday, but it sure would help (lol) ! Everyday is so much longer and harder when I can’t just eat what I want and don’t have to worry constantly about what were having for dinner, what i should do when i go to a friends, etc. I know I sound like an idiot, but I really need help in feeling each and every day is worth the work.

And NO you do not sound like an idiot and you might have a little tiny hint of low self-esteem here nicely coupled with desperation (I really need help).
It seems like you’re depraving yourself of what you want in order to get some rewards that take its sweet time to come by.
The more you deny yourself something, the more you want it.
The opposite is true too, the more your get something you wanted, the most disgusted you get by it.
I’ll tell you a secret…you can eat anything you want…those are just calories. Then, of course, you’ll have to burn those calories, through sports, dancing, exercising (go for a jog or do some yard work) if you don’t want them to end up in your fat reserves.
You should adapt your life to what you eat, and not what you eat to your life.
So eat what you want, stop worrying and obsessing, and then take advantage of those extra calories that will give you so much energy to…clean up the gutters…vacuum the house….dance all night in that nightclub.
