Can someone please help me lose weight?

Hi, I’m a 16 year old boy. I’m 5’8 and weigh 165.3 pounds(us). I am really trying to lose weight and I’m walking 25k a week. I have stopped eating white carbohydrates and I’m eating less. But I still think I look huge! My parents say I look fine and I shouldn’t worry about it, but I do! I’m going to Egypt in four months and really would like to lose 20 or so pounds and see the difference. Any suggestions how.
And please; no advertising “colon cleanse diet supplement” or “weight loss for dummies” etc.

Simple: Eat less, exercise more. It works!.

Forget all the diet books. All it takes is to just eat fewer calories every day (so start off with say 250 fewer calories, for example) and pump up on the exercise — so cardio and strength training — about 45 minutes a day. You will see the weight come off within 2 weeks. Probably about 8 pounds or so.

Then, if you want to lose more, go to 300 fewer calories a day, etc.

Pretty simple.

And a very good rule to follow: Don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed.
