I need websites or pics for exercising at home.?
I’m going on a diet for a 2mths and I dont have time for the gym. I have a pilates book and I can use some of those moves but I really wanted some pics of different exercising moves with or without weights. My main focus is toning my breast, stomach and legs. I’m 5’7″ 175lbs so i’m dieting to loose about 30 in 2 mths. So meals and exercising ideas are welcome.
Heck I’ll even be someones test dummy for a weight loss experiment. But not anything thats going to harm my body. I really want to loose the weight in a healthy way not from some wonder pills/liquid.
