Weight Loss For Children Kids

How long will it take for me to see weight-loss?
I just gave birth to my last child (mother of three) three months ago. I nurse this baby as well as my last child before her. I am 31 years old. Slowly after each child I have gained some weight, that is so hard to take off. I eat pretty healthy, no fast food, and watch my fat and calories(as much as I can). Anyway, I want to lose 20 lbs. It has become very hard to do so. I just bought a treadmill and started jogging and brisk walking for a half hour a night. (A half hour is all the time I get with the three kids.) I hope to work up to 45 minutes by next month. I am about 30 lbs. over weight, how long will it take to see results from the jogging? Thanks in advance. Please, no rude answers.
Eat what you like just keep it to1200 calories a day. Keep up the walk/jog for 30 to 40 minutes a day. Fad diets, pills and shakes can’t give you lasting results. Just a little hard work and determination will get you there. If you really stick with it you’ll be losing about 2 to 3 healthy pounds a week..Try it for a week. You have nothing to lose but the weight. Good luck
