Weight Loss Food Plans Delivered

calories…quite confused?
Hi all! Ok, well i’ve been trying to lose weight for 4 months now, and in that time i’ve lost 12kg. Thing is, in this time, I’ve been on a calories controlled meal plan (that i have home delivered) which adds up to 1200 a day.
Yesterday my friend who is about the same height and weight as me (and also losing weight) did an online calculator of how much her daily intake is…hers is 1800. I understand that to lose weight you need to lower ur calories, but is the fact that i am eating so little calories going to affect me in my weight loss?? Coz i dont have much energy and the last few weeks ive added more food to my diet (like occasional bread or a sweet) and ive lost MORE weight. How much should i be eating? I am 182cm (6ft) and 112kg…?? plz help!
eat 1400-1600 calories if your exercising regularlly, days you dont exercise eat about 1200-1350. You have too much of a calories gap if your exercising which will put you into starvation mode making you slow and tired
