I have exactely 5months to go for my wedding day.Im a women .My weight is 125lbs and i am 22 years old. I have to putdowm weight on my arms and my tummy.Is it possible for me to putdown 20lbs within 5months by doing simple diets and few exercises at home.If please can any one guide me how.

I just want to lose 5 to 10 lbs before summer so I’ve been doing the slim fast optima and there is a program on M-F at 1:00 called Beverly exercises 1/2 hour on WTGL and she works out with 3 lbs dumbbells and ankle weights. By the time she’s done you are really worked out. You’ll be fine just really watch what you eat- no snacks- lots of salads- tuna fish,Fish.
