Weight Loss Exercises For Teenage Girls

Weight Loss Help……?

So I am a teenage girl, 5 foot 8 inches,and 167 pounds. I am currently a size 9/10 in jeans.
I am looking to be a size 5/6 in jeans. How much weight would I have to lose to be this size? What is a good weight for a girl this height who is bigger boned and athletic. (I am not one of those little, twiggy 00 hollister chicks)
what exercises should i do?
I have until mid august to be this weight. is is possible?

There are charts available online that detail ‘healthy’ sizes/weights of people your age and gender. Go look them up and you’ll find your ideal healthy weight.

Do exercises that you enjoy and will be consistent at doing. Join summer sports leagues, work out with friends, etc. Weight loss occurs through cardio training – anything that will get your heartrate up into it’s ‘zone’ for at least 30-45 minutes. You can find your zone online.

Then you’ve got to eat right. Ditch sodas, sweets, sugars, hi-fat foods, etc. Do not skip meals or eat significantly below your daily recommended calorie intake (again, look it up to find yours). Your daily calorie intake minus about 500 calories can yield a deficit that may help you lose about 1lb a week. That is what you should expect to lose in fat each week you exercise and eat right.

Losing weight is possible if you’ve got the motivation and are willing to go all in. A half-baked exercise/eating regime will not yield results.
