weight loss? help me!?
Im 207 pounds how do i get this fat off of me
Im thirteen
My BMI Is 33
This is what I do
treadmill 26 minutes
it increases by one minute every day
My diet
Cereal corn flakes-no sweetener-normal milk
Chicken with rice
Instant noodles with veggies (I put the veggies in)
yet again rice with chicken
so how should i get this stuff off of me
And ive got damn moobs! oh its just normal nothing to be disgusted about its not abnormal just small
Still how do i get all of those off?
I am looking for significant changes within three months like 50 pounds in three months or so?
Please youve got to help me ive lost 2 pounds over the week and trying to maintain it
we had a buffet in the afternoon and all I ate was chicken, potatoes and fish
I didnt get to have the chance to taste the good ones as i know it will go against my diet
Please i need a good exercise routine
the treadmill is at my home
I dont want to go out
We dont have a staircase at home
Louie, do you run on the treadmill or jog on the treadmill? If you want to lose weight, you should set it at a comfortable pace so that you can exercise longer.

Hope that it helps! Try not to stress yourself when dieting. Sometimes you can cheat once or twice. I’m on diet too… I cheated sometimes but still managed to lose about 3lbs in a week
