Weight Loss Exercise Programs At Home

Looking to go on a safe and effective “crash” diet?
I know crash diets are bad. i know most don’t actually work and most people end up losing muscle mass and slowing down their metabolisms.
However, I’m not looking to completely starve myself.
I need a program that i can use for a week or two that won’t starve me completely or drive me insane but that will get the job done without damaging other parts of my body. I plan on losing a ;arge amount of weight at first, then taking a more slowly paced route. I’m looking to manage my eating in addition to a simple exercise program, so if anybody knows some effective and easy in-home workouts that will burn a lot of calories it would be greatly appreciated.
Bottom line is, I’m looking to lose a substantial amount of weight over a period of time, but need to lose a significant amount within the first few weeks. I’m not interested in blowing hundreds of dollars on a weight loss program or exercise program.

Starvation diets can be safe if medically supervised. I have been on a vegetarian starvation diet which is sponsored by our state University for the past 14 weeks and have lost 50 pounds. I plan to lose another 90 pounds. This is the link to the program I use;

This is a long term program and not for those who just want to drop 15 pounds to look better for a date or class reunion. I know that similar programs are available around the country. Perhaps a place to start would be the “Health One” website to inquire about programs which use their service. I cannot overemphasize the need for medical supervision while on a starvation diet. It works and is ultimately safer and better than gastric bypasses or lap bands. If you are a serious dieter, you also need to modify your eating habits through a behavior modification program, otherwise you will end up back where you started. Don’t try to do a diet by yourself because you will fail.
