Weight Loss Exercise Planner
Weight planner??? Please help. Will give Best Answer.:)?
Ok, so I need to find a wight loss planner on the internet but I cannot find any good ones….So I wondering if you guys could help. I want to lose at least 10 pounds (maybe a couple pounds less) by August 27th. Please help. Don’t suggest gym memberships, or pills. Anything besides stuff like that. I want to do this diet with everything I have got at home. I would also like exercise plans too. THX IN ADVANCE. Ok, in case you need to know, I am 13 and 1/2 weighing 120-125 and 5’3 and 1/2.
AND ALSO, don’t tell me I am a good weight, I just want a planner to lose weight because I feel unhealthy, thanks.
heres my schedule-
breakfast-a very small amount of cereal
(lunch has to be 3-4 hrs later)
1-2 hrs later-do workout(will tell at the bottom of this list)
lunch-a small amount of food
any time,if u feel not busy then dance or run up and down the stairs for 15 mins or do situps while watching tv
dinner-a little more food than lunch
2 hrs later-do work outs
workouts-
1)lay down with your hand on the side of your head and move your right leg up and down about 50-100 times
2)change sides
3)lay down on your front and do these steps with your leg.
-first,mve both of your legs out,then up,then together,out,down,
jus tlike up,together out down
4)lay down on the floor-use your elbows to hold your neck/head up and roll your legs like doing bicycle
