Will slathering my body in a moisturizing lotion reduce my amount of ‘loose skin’ after my weight-loss?

I have Palmer’s All-Over Body Lotion for Stretch Marks (has the pregnant lady on the front). It’s enriched with vitamin E, cocoa butter, all kinds of good stuff. I need to lose a significant amount of weight (about 60-75 lbs) and I am so depressed that I am going to have excess skin. Plastic surgery sounds scary and a tummy tuck/breast lift is so expensive and I if I could I would take back what I did to myself. (I lost weight before-50 lbs, but I did it so unhealthily I became anemic and bulimic.)
To reduce my chances of excess skin, would rubbing lotion into my bad areas (tummy, breasts, thighs, upper arms) help, AT ALL?

(Other facts: I am 19 years old, have a TON of stretch marks from gaining a lot of weight in a small amount of time, a few other random scars.)

And I already know I have to lose it SLOWLY – any tips on that would be helpful, too. Those 2 years ago when I lost 50 lbs the UNhealthy way I would only take in 700 cals. a day.
