what exercises can I do to reduce excess skin?
I am about to have gastric bypass surgery and need to find low impact exercises that will help reduce the excess skin from rapid weight loss in the beginning.
the problem with rapid weightloss is exess skin, that is why i always recommend slow weight loss to enable the skin to stretch back.
try doing things like pilates and so on, as far as exercise helping skin stretch back this wont happen but you can tone your body to help fill it with some nice healthy muscle.
