Weight Loss Energy Booster

Know anything about Cha’ de Bugre? Or a pill called Deep?

I am in desperate need of energy! I just had a baby 2 months ago and have 2 other kids. I have heard that Cha’ de Burge is a good energy booster, but I’m concerned about side effects. I am exercising and counting calories in order to lose the baby weight, and, I’m embarrased to admit, am taking Ali to help shed those pounds. I’m just wondering if anyone knows anything about this herb(?) and how safe it is.

On a side note, there is a weight loss/energy pill called Deep. It has Cha’ de Bugre in it. If anyone has any info to share about this pill and its effectiveness as to increased energy, I would appreciate it!

Hi – I’m also trying different things to lose weight and gain energy. I just started Cha de Bugre a few days ago and it’s definitely working. Usually, I have a huge, ravenous appetite and have to eat every 2 – 3 hours. It can get very annoying! However, since starting Cha de Bugre, I can go for as long as 5 hours or more. This is really unusual for me!

I still eat every 3 or 4 hours though because I’m doing the Body For Life Challenge and you eat small portions of proteins and carbs very regularly to keep your metabolism high. Anyway, back to Cha de Bugre, I can still feel when my stomach is empty but I have lost that awful urgency to eat. I feel that I have much more control over my appetite. I also feel more energetic. On the contrary, it sounds like it has many health benefits apart from suppressing appetite e.g. cellulite reduction, good for the heart etc …..
