Weight Loss Energy Bars
Plan for weight loss for summer?
hi, i been working out for the past week.
here’s my weight loss plan:
Morning:
i have a energy bar with water around 6:30 am then at 7:30 i will go out run for 3 miles
do some light weight training afterward.
then have Breakfast.
Noon:
after lunch, about hour and half later.
I go to swim for about an hour and half.
Night:
after Dinner about two hours later..
I will focus on heavy weight training/ with protein shake before and afterward.
im feeling good, not too tired. i always take a nap after my morning workout.
so my question is… is this a good workout plan?
any suggestions?
