Weight Loss Dvd Dance

Has anyone tried the Vicky Binns workout dance DVD?

i tried it today and found it a little challenging but ok.

However, i am finding it hard to believe that vicky has lost all her weight doing this. She has very defined abs and i believe that that 5pushups hardly got her there.

It all seems very leg based.
Has anyone tried this out?
If so, what results did you see and after how long?
e.g weight loss for legs or stomach or all over?

remember she is wealthy and can afford anything she likes Personal trainer special foods etc

she looks like she is on a simple no carb diet to me and just cashing in on the weight loss
