Weight Loss Drugs With Ephedrine
How effective is Effergin (Ephedrine) as a weight loss drug?
I am fit male with no medical problems and would like to know how many I should be taking as well. I strength and condition train 4 times a week and use sports nutrition supplements just need to shed some excess body fat?
If you are going to use ephedrine as a weight loss supplement you need to stack it with caffeine and aspirin man. I would suggest starting with 25mg ephedrine/250mg caffeine/500 aspirin once in the morning before cardio. You can go a little higher after you assess your tolerance to the stack, but as a max no more then 3 doses of that in a day, unless you want to become another statistic and part of the argument for why this crap was banned by the FDA.
