What’s the best way to lose weight if you don’t have a lot of time to get out to the gym or go running?
I have a very busy schedule and I don’t have much time to go out to do exercise. I need stuff I can do at home, including suggestions for healthy/weight-loss snacks or drinks, that won’t be too expensive or take up too much time. I know exercise involves time, but I can put in about 30 to 45 minutes a day possibly. (Also, I’m a female just to let you know).
