Weight Loss Diet Plans For Women

Does anyone want to be my weight loss buddy?
I’m a female from the UK, I’m 17 years of age, weigh 72.5kg/159.5lbs and I want to lose 22kg/48.4lbs. I’m 5″8. I want to achieve this weight over a period of time and I’m looking for someone whose of the same age, and hopefully same sex as women and men loose weight at different rates.
I want to lose this weight over 12-14 months as I feel this is realistic and sustainable. This would mean a weight loss of only 1.8kg/4lbs a month and 0.45kg/1lbs weekly. I’ve made a diet plan of some sort and also have timed out a regular exercise session each day and I would just like someone to talk to whose in a similar situation so that we can support each other and help one another out.
