Weight Loss Diet Plans For Teenagers
Is this a good weight loss plan for me??
I am going to do a week of a diet plan from “the diet for teenagers only”. I am a 14 yr old girl weighing in around 165 and i’m 5’8″. I want to lose about 35 pounds in 3-5months and I will also go to the gym for an hour three times a week and lift and then the other days I’ll run 1-3miles on my tredmill. Is this a good weight loss plan? Is this a good weight loss book? Will this book and the plan help me lose a lot of the weight? How long roughly do u think it will take roughly to lose this weight? How many pounds do u think I’ll lose a week? Does this book have a good plan? Please answer and if u could, right kinda a long answer because I need ur input so I feel more reassured..hopefully. You may think right now about looking good involves COMPLETELY with the scale… but let me tell you that’s the exact opposite. You could skip a meal, weigh yourself, and see that you’ve dropped 2-3 lbs. That’s muscle and water weight (NOT FAT). Measure your body parts that you want to lose weight from (belly, thighs, arms). Use that to record everything. Maybe 3-4 times a week weigh yourself, but don’t make it a complete continuous thing. The workout plan seems like it’ll work. Eat between 1,500-1,700 calories a day and drink tons of water and make sure you get your vitamins, fiber and calcium. ALSO, stop eating AT LEAST 3 hrs. before bed. You’ll definitely see a difference.
