Eating 1000+ calories and burning 250?

So I’ve started my weight loss journey. I’m 5″9 and 206 lb. I use my net diary on my iPhone and track all my foods and calories. If I eat about 1200 calories or so and burn 200 or so will I lose weight? If so, how much in about three months? And I eat organic low calorie foods, veggies, fruits and water. Thanks (:

You won’t start losing weight until you burn more calories then you have already consumed. So if you eat 1200 calories a day if you burn 1500 or so, you should start seeing improvement. I am also working on my weight so I bought a Wii fit and I can lose a pound and a half every half hour if I do hula hooping for ten minutes 3 times. I weigh about 185 and I am a 13 year old girl but I have a disease called Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. It gets very difficult to lose weight.
