Weight Loss Detox Bath
what are the benefits of using a sauna or dry bath?
I know many say it detoxifies the body. But I also know that a lot of people don’t believe in body detox. Others say weight loss. I know for sure that any weight you lose in a sauna is just water weight and will be gained back. Myself, I go in the sauna to relax after I swim or workout. But I’d like to know if there is any benefit?
I believe sweating out is one of the greatest ways to maintain/improve one’s health as recommended by doctors. But I don’t think sitting in a sauna would actually make you lose weight, even though it COULD burn some calories. It’s from my own experience. However, the infrared sauna that I have has been helping me alot for cleansing and relaxation. Overall, you feel far better with regular sauna sessions. I found good info in the following website:
