boobs & weight loss…… girls…?

i was just wondering if anyone knew of a good breast firming cream or gel…i know the ones that claim to make your boobs grow are a scam..but i know theres some things that can help firm them..im losing weight and just need something good…thank you

Try firming lotion. The one Pinky1182 posted is a good choice. I haven’t personally used it but I order from Yves Rocher frequently…their products are really worth it and work excellent.

But really, any firming lotion will do. The key is to put it on just washed, slightly damp skin this way your skin is absorbing the lotion/moisturizer better. If you put it on dry skin then it’s just staying on the surface not really doing it’s job.

I’ve used Jergen’s Skin Firming Moisturizer before, always applied it to my butt and legs when they were damp and it worked so good! Also applying it every single day helps, try not to skip days for the best benefits.

Exercises also work. Push ups, pull ups and palm presses will be what you want to do. They won’t firm the skin but they will help to tone them on the inside. So I’m sure if you do these along with using a firming cream then you’ll have excellent results. Palm presses are done by pressing the palms together while flexing your bicep. There’s 4 way, 1) fingers pointing towards you, 2) fingers pointing up, 3) fingers pointing in front of you, and 4) fingers pointing down. Press your palms together for about 10 seconds each way. But don’t do it to hard. I actually pulled a muscle in my boob once from pressing too hard, lol :-/ I got all freaked out and thought it was a lump! But the pain, though mild, subsided in a couple days, so it’s not too bad if it does happen to you.
