Weight Loss Challenge

Does anyone recommend the Special K weight loss challenge?

I’m thinking about starting and was curious to see if there’s any hope in the program.

Special K is a wise option to pursue because not only is it low in fat (decreasing caloric intake, a primary component in waste loss), but it is concentrated with carbohydrates, fruit, and, as I recall correctly, encourages you incorporate several servings of fruit throughout the day. There is hope in this, the major trick to losing weight isn’t about food it’s about 1. consuming food when actually hungry (hungry as in your stomach is activated i.e. it’s growling). If you follow this most basic, instinctive method of eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are comfortable (not a synomyn for full) you are guaranteed to lose weight.. this is off track, yes, but the special K diet does work so long as you eat when comfortable and include snacks- this puts your metabolism into overdrive: an ideal recipe for waist loss. Essentially you can lose weight through the “Special K program” with any cereal. (I lost 15 pounds by increasing the amount of times I ate)
